"We occasionally recorded with instrumentalists although the Dunns themselves were unaccompanied. We recorded with Roger Powell, percussion (Action, Mighty Baby, Sandy Denny, John Martyn) Ian Whiteman, keyboards (ditto) Mike O'Connor (Maryyn Wyndham-Read's violinist) and Chris Sherburn and Denny Bartley, melodeon and guitar veterans of many a folk festival). We recorded over 30 songs which we used to sell on cassettes while doing folk clubs, folk festivals and English Heritage weekends (singing for half an hour, on the hour, for two days - phew!)"
