"The Naturals were formed in about 1966ish..with Gerry Moores on guitar, Steve ?? on drums followed by session drummer Jonny Seabrooke and myself on bass. Mike Reeve was our agent. Mel Nixon was mates with Gino Washington - they were both at USAF Bentwaters. We used to rehearse in a basement on the corner of Lacey Street, Ipswich. Mel asked us if we'd back him. We played all the Airbases and many London clubs as well." TM 30/01/2021
