"Myself and Clair Homerston formerly of The Frequency Band formed this group in 1980. We were basically a rhythm n' blues band and chose covers of the time. After three months of practice we did our first gig in front of a packed audience at The White Lion, ??, Nch (now The Wig & Pen). Our second gig was to play The Starmaker Talent Contest at The Talk Of The East in which we came 4th. We kept busy for the next year and the band played 55 gigs in all. Regular gigs were, The Dial on Dereham Rd, The Mischief Tavern and The Pineapple in Trowse. Our biggest gig was supporting Bop Diddly Wah Wah in Chapelfield Gardens, an open air gig that attracted over 450 people." JD
