Runciple Spoon was a folk/folk rock band formed in Norwich in the early seventies, playing locally and notably at the Jacquard Club on Magdalen Street.

"Sadly no pics from the time of the band together exist to my knowledge. Some of the guys did form another band but I don't know its name, and I seem to remember it was only for a couple of gigs. Sadly, Dr Richard Eve is no longer with us. Richard Green now runs a website company in Wells. Mike Stibbard became a solicitor. I was with Radio Norfolk, BBC East and ITV Anglia for many years as a journalist. Steve Howlett runs music nights at Grapevine@Bedfords in Norwich. Richard Green, myself and a great guitarist - Richard Berrill, formed a rock band called Juggernaut but we only played a couple of times. Richard Berrill became a solo artist and worked as an AR man in London. He now runs a wine company in Suffolk." PJ 07/02/2019
