[unchecked text]

The Bruntones & The Strollers both finished around late 1965. Danny had finished with the Strollers around   months previous and wound down as a Bruntone before both bands called it a day and an amalgamation of personnel saw the   of Sounds reformed. The main reason for the adjustment was the move towards Soul eager to create      there was no getting away from the fact the both previous bands had been born in the age of Rock n Roll. The groups biggest date was backing fast rising mod stars The Small Faces on Sunday March the 6th, 1966 night at Dereham’s Tavern Club. Less than a month after the concert the group, The Small Faces that is and not Sounds Reformed hit their highest position to date, putting their self penned Sha-La-La-La-Lee into the hit parade at #3. Further line-up changes insued and in September 1966 the group simply became known as Reformation
