On the departure of Dean Hart as lead vocalist of the Hartbeats, the band looked to the experience of guitarist Tony Mindham to take on the frontman role. The group then became the Summit 4. "We didn’t last much longer" said Tony "Trevor came into replaced Barry, we gigged mainly in and around Kings Lynn and often double billed with the up and coming Charades."
Tony went on to join the reformed Trojans in the late sixties before putting together Two Plus One in 1970 Bassist Richard Cooper now runs CTS Security in Kings Lynn, but sadly Barry Soden who had moved away from the area passed away in 1999
