The hole left by the split of The Sabres saw the brief appearance of this durable outfit. Newbie drummer Mussett recalls playing his first gigs at prominent venues such as The Maids Head Hotel, KL and The Kit Kat Club in Hunstanton. The other half of The Sabres had reformed as The Surfing Sabres, and in ?? 1967, the two bands support each other at Tony Relph’s Crazy Horse Club in Feltwell, Nfk. From here, most members drift onto the cabaret circuit. Mussett said he next drums with local band Bone Orchard in the seventies.
