"I was the Bass player in Mebo. We played in and around Norfolk and Suffolk for about 2 years this include regular gigs at Legs in Edward St and the Royal Hotel Mundesley. The RAF and USAF airbases were also treated to our harmony and close vocal delivery of standards. We split in 73/4 and I joined Train/Riff Raff as vocalist and guitar. We had the Patterson twins Fred Bass and Dave Lead with Roger "Mac" Leggett on Drums. We played all over the UK and Europe delivery Rock music with meaning. We recorded 14 songs which were penned by the band and were always well received by our audience. We held the crowd record at Tiffanies Gt Yarmouth and supported Curved Air, UFO, Desmond Decker, Gino Washington, Hawkwind, and many more including Mott the Hoople and Thin Lizzy.
